We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Coordinator to lead our organization's AR-Billing function in Melbourne.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Billing and vendor management
  • Receipting and follow-up of overdue fees
  • Investigation of overdue accounts and reconciliation of accounts
  • Processing payments, cheques, and direct debits
  • Effective communication of outstanding fees/deposits status
  • Monitoring debtor balances and outstanding payments
  • End-of-month end processing and reporting
  • Resolving account queries with stakeholders
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • 3-5+ years' experience in a similar position
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately to deadlines
  • Autonomy and self-motivation
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and ERP Systems (e.g. SAP, Pronto, Navision, Oracle)
