  • training and initiatives that support the development of our workforce;
  • human resource, general administrative, and support functions;
  • administration support to operational work units;
  • monitoring and managing risks; and
  • managing property and exhibits for our centre

We require an energetic and dynamic person to be part of our Budget & Finance Team.

\

The role will support the management of budget and financial reporting by undertaking a range of financial and administration transactional activities, support functions and human resource activities.

\

The role reports directly to our Finance Supervisor (Team Leader).

\

We are a contemporary and agile workplace and supports flexible working arrangements.

\Your Duties\
  • undertake accounts payable and receivable transactions such as creating purchase orders, invoice processing, requisitions, invoice requests, cash floats and banking;
  • booking travel and accommodation;
  • preparing journals and cost reallocations;
  • preparing and auditing Memorandum of Understandings for the management of assignments;
  • assisting with administration functions;
  • undertaking audit and analysis of financial transactions;
