Financial Services Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Services Coordinator. As a key member of the finance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the team on a day-to-day basis, with a focus on invoicing and stakeholder management. You will also be tasked with driving improvements to our account payable processes and engagement across the organization.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be able to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills. In addition, you will need to have a keen eye for detail and be able to analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Coordinate and support the team from week to week with particular emphasis on invoicing and stakeholder support.
  • Ensure the team is actively managing invoices to net payment terms and expected time-frames, manage work in progress, and drive a reduction in backlog.
  • Support the formulation of recommendations to drive improvements to account payable processes and engagement across the organisation.
