Key Responsibilities

  • Strengthen partnerships with member organizations, corporate partners, and industry stakeholders to drive revenue growth and increase membership numbers.
  • Ensure financial and organizational sustainability by managing budgets and resources effectively.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a strong values-based culture that promotes collaboration and innovation.
Requirements

We are looking for a dynamic and influential leader who can demonstrate:

  • Proven executive experience at CEO, GM, or senior executive level.
  • Strong background in advocacy, government relations, or public policy.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and media skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Commercial and financial acumen with a track record of organizational performance.
  • Experience in member-based, not-for-profit, or regulated sectors (hospitality or clubs advantageous).
