Accident Repair Professional

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and qualified Accident Repair Professional to join our team.

The primary purpose of this role is to be responsible for the timely completion of accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs on vehicles.

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and work providers
  • Accurately quoting vehicles in a timely manner and in accordance with average repair cost targets and industry procedures
  • Completing quotes as required onsite, off-site, and online
  • Processing vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging
  • Managing parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness as required
  • Managing suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorized in a timely manner
  • Assisting with production management of the centre where required
  • Ensuring vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition
  • Handing over completed repairs to customers
About You

1. Proven experience within a similar position, including experience in the preparation of estimates/quotations in the automotive industry

2. Proven experience with estimating software would be highly desirable

3. Ibody experience desirable but not necessary

4. Excellent communication skills, including building rapport with customers and work providers

5. Highly professional and personable

6. Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities

7. Excel experience an advantage but not necessary

8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

9. Ability to meet strict deadlines

10. Ability to problem-solve with excellent accuracy and attention to detail

11. Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team

12. Strong commitment to working in a safe manner
