Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Insurance Claims Assessor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional to work in the automotive smash repair industry.About the JobIn this role, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage and preparing accurate quotes for repairs. You will also be required to provide excellent customer service to clients and work providers.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessing vehicle damage and preparing quotes for repairs
  • Providing customer service to clients and work providers
  • Accurately quoting vehicles in a timely manner
  • Managing parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness
  • Managing suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorised in a timely manner
  • Coordinating with production management to ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition
  • Handing over completed repairs to customers
RequirementsIn order to succeed in this role, you will need to have proven experience as an Insurance Loss Adjustor or similar position within the automotive smash repair industry.
