Centre Leadership Role

The Centre Manager is responsible for leading a team of technicians and administrative staff to achieve the successful operation of the centre. They will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Management: Oversee production management to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with quality expectations.
  • Quality and Vehicle Management: Ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions with clients and work providers.
  • Profit and Loss Reporting: Prepare and review profit and loss statements, budgets, job costings, KPIs, and management reports to understand site performance.
  • Leadership and Staffing: Oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place.
  • Work Health and Safety: Maintain a safe working environment by following WHS policies and procedures and reporting safety incidents/near misses immediately.

The Centre Manager will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and customer service while ensuring the site operates profitably.
