Your Role

As a Case Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting injured individuals through their recovery journey, while fostering trusted relationships with all stakeholders involved.

Requirements

  • Confidence in making sound decisions and taking ownership of outcomes.
  • Excellent active listening skills and the ability to guide customers through the claims journey with clarity and care.
  • Solid computer literacy and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies.
