About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Loss Adjustor to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs on vehicles. You will apply your knowledge of motor vehicles and your skills with computers while interacting with a range of people.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality results and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our Centre Manager and be part of a large network of repair facilities, providing stability and opportunity.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Delivering outstanding customer service to clients and work providers
  2. Providing accurate quotes for vehicles in a timely manner, meeting average repair cost targets and insurer / company procedures
  3. Completing quotes onsite, off-site, and online as required
  4. Processing vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging
  5. Managing parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness
  6. Managing suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorised in a timely manner
  7. Assisting with production management of the centre as required
  8. Ensuring vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience within a similar position, including experience in the preparation of estimates / quotations in the automotive smash repair industry
  • Experience with AudaNet is highly desirable
  • Body experience is desirable but not necessary
  • Exceptional customer service skills, including building rapport with customers and work providers
  • Highly professional and personable
  • Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
  • Excel experience is an advantage but not necessary
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to problem-solve with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
  • Strong commitment to work in a safe manner
