We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Specialist to join our global Human Resources Team at Michael Hill. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administration associated with team member onboarding, creating team member documentation, and assisting with HR queries.
About the Role:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the Human Resources Team, including onboarding new team members and creating relevant documentation.
- Assist with HR queries and provide timely and accurate responses to team members.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Utilize strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Apply attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work, including documentation and data entry.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources Team to develop and implement HR processes and procedures.
About You:
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, including exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- You possess strong administration and organizational skills, preferably within a Human Resources team.
- You have a proven ability to meet deadlines and apply strong prioritization skills.
- You have a high attention to detail and are able to manage multiple projects with multiple stakeholders.
- You have a basic understanding of HR-related processes and are systems-savvy with a general curiosity and willingness to learn.
