Business Risk Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Business Operational Risk Management team.

This role supports the continued improvement in operational risk awareness and culture across the Commodities and Global Markets Client Fulfilment Team.

The ideal candidate will provide critical support to the Client Fulfilment function, driving client onboarding and KYC (Know Your Customer) refresh processes.

In this capacity, you will identify opportunities for improvement and strengthen controls end to end.

You will conduct control assurance activities, investigate incidents thoroughly, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational resilience.

Additionally, you will collaborate with audit and assurance teams to review control effectiveness and implement solutions that address areas for improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing 3+ years' experience within either Operational Risk, Assurance, Financial Crime Risk or Client Onboarding/Refresh
  • Working effectively with a broad range of stakeholders and collaborating with colleagues across various seniority levels
  • Thinking laterally, grasping complex situations, and applying strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
