Operational Risk Expert
">Risk Management Role">This role involves providing expert advice on operational risks and controls environments to support the continued improvement of processes, controls, and operational risk awareness and culture across our businesses.
Key Responsibilities">- Offer guidance on operational risks and controls environments
- Support and facilitate the continued enhancement of processes, controls, and operational risk awareness and culture
- Collaborate with trading desks and support groups to develop comprehensive knowledge of all processes
- Evaluate new product and business initiatives, investigate incidents, and test the effectiveness of controls
- At least 3 years of work experience in non-financial risk management, ideally with experience in financial markets
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- A continuous improvement mindset and comfort in interpreting and balancing commercial issues within a risk framework
