Our commodities and global markets group is a hub of operational risk specialists dedicated to supporting our global business on complex trading risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use your financial markets expertise to provide expert advice on the end-to-end risks and controls environment.
  • Support and facilitate the continued improvement of processes, controls, and operational risk awareness across our businesses.
  • Partner with the trading desks and support groups to develop a comprehensive knowledge of all processes and proactively manage operational risks.
  • Provide advice on a broad range of risk matters, assess new product initiatives, investigate incidents, and test the effectiveness of controls.

What You Offer

  • At least 3 years work experience in non-financial risk management, preferably with experience in financial markets.
  • Previous experience in trading, compliance, and surveillance aligned to trading will also be considered.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and ability to interpret and balance commercial issues within a risk framework.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to work with senior business and risk colleagues to drive, challenge, and influence conversations regarding anticipated and emerging issues.
