We are seeking reliable individuals to visit retail outlets and provide feedback on store presentation, service quality, sales techniques, and overall cleanliness.

This role involves posing as a customer while observing and documenting your experience, followed by completing an online survey detailing your findings.

The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and access to the internet.

Assignments are allocated based on individual availability, ability to complete tasks successfully, location, willingness to travel, flexibility, and reliability.

Surveys can range from 10 minutes to 1 hour in duration.

As a valued member of our assessment team, you will play a crucial role in helping clients understand their customers' experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
