Job DescriptionThe Customer Experience Assistant is crucial to delivering exceptional service and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Responsibilities include:
- Providing outstanding customer service by assisting with inquiries, product information, and purchase processes
- Responding to customer feedback and resolving issues professionally and promptly
- Supporting the sales team for a seamless customer experience throughout their journey
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment to enhance the overall customer experience
- Contributing to marketing initiatives and events to promote brand awareness and engage with customers effectively
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in retail, is desirable, as well as an understanding of sales processes and techniques.
