Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with F&B management leaders to execute the day-to-day operations of the Spice Central Kitchen and Bar.
- Deliver personalized service with passion and professionalism, constantly striving to maintain and exceed our guests' expectations.
- Animate the restaurant and bar to make it a fun, unique and enjoyable experience for all guests through creative activations and events.
- Control the beverage stock and carry out regular stock takes.
- Familiarize yourself with VIP and regular guests to ensure their requests and needs are met.
- A creative flair and a natural ability to generate ideas to make our functions memorable.
- Experience in food & beverage operations and events roles within the hotel industry.
- Experience in Conference & Events an advantage.
- The ability to work within a team and build rapport with all departments in the business.
- Highly organized self-starter with the ability to effectively manage priorities.
- Projects a professional image through presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Have the ability to think on their feet and solve problems.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English on a business level; additional languages are a plus.
- A high standard of grooming and presentation.
- Availability to work on a seven days rotating roster AM and PM shifts.
- Unlimited working rights in Australia a must. Work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
