People Systems Analyst

We are seeking a skilled analyst to support Workday and integrated systems in Sydney. As a global FinTech leader, we deliver technology solutions for financial security and prosperity.

  • Key responsibilities will include system support, troubleshooting problems, streamlining processes, and driving continuous improvements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Workday modules, strong communication skills, and stakeholder management across multiple time zones. Your background should include:

  • 1+ years of experience in Workday, preferably in Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Absence, or Reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
  • Experience with Jira or an ATS, preferably Avature & survey tools
  • Experience with Business Process Design, Fixes & Enhancements
Job Requirements
