Senior Structural Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned structural engineer to join our team. As a key member of the engineering department, you will be responsible for managing various projects from start to finish, collaborating with engineers and drafters on a daily basis, and leading by example.

Your portfolio will be diverse in nature, encompassing low to high-rise residential apartments, healthcare facilities, commercial and industrial buildings. With your established networks, you will leverage these to support business development initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead multiple building projects, overseeing them from inception to completion.
  • Develop and manage structural designs for RC & PT concrete, steel, and timber structures.
  • Conduct site inspections as required, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Liaise with clients, councils, architects, and internal stakeholders as the primary point of contact.
  • Review and sign off on projects from the team, guaranteeing exceptional quality.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Chartered Engineer or in the process of obtaining chartered status is highly advantageous.
  • Proven experience or capability to run projects autonomously from start to finish.
  • Display leadership traits - organized, confident, well-presented, and adept at communication.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
