Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Night Guest Service Agent on a Part-Time basis. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences by demonstrating a commitment to service excellence and maintaining high standards.

About the Role:

  • Conduct guest arrivals and departures in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide personalized, proactive guest service, ensuring all guests feel welcome and valued
  • Maintain accurate guest accounts, adhering to strict confidentiality policies and procedures
  • Ensure guest queries and complaints are handled efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

  • Previous hotel front office/reception experience, preferably in a luxury setting
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a passion for making every guest feel special
  • Strong computer skills/knowledge, with training provided for reservations systems
  • Professional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team
  • A high standard of personal presentation, reflecting the company's values and brand image
  • Availability to work 10pm - 7am on a rotating roster
