Job Description:We are seeking a Pricing Strategy Lead to set the strategic direction for our business performance. This role will shape how we compete, grow and maximize value across our entire portfolio.
In a high-growth environment, you'll harness analytics and partner with senior leadership to unlock new revenue opportunities and accelerate profitability.
The Pricing Strategy Lead will lead the development, implementation, and ongoing optimization of pricing strategies. Strategically managing key inventory levers, including departure dates and group sizes, to maximize commercial performance.
Anticipating and responding to foreign exchange fluctuations to mitigate financial risk and safeguard profitability.
Identifying and resolving pricing inconsistencies, capturing margin opportunities, and translating data insights into clear, compelling business narratives.
Conducting deep-dive analyses of product performance, linking marketing investment to revenue and margin outcomes to uncover trends and opportunities.
Collaborating closely with Product Sourcing, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure pricing strategies are fully aligned with product development and go-to-market plans.
