  • Coordinating and delivering monthly MSS reports for clients.
  • Organizing and hosting client Quarterly Service Review (QSR) sessions.

  • Managing client relationships and satisfaction scores, including conducting customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Ensuring alignment with the global NCC MXDR team, which may involve occasional meetings with colleagues in different time zones.

Required Experience

  • Strong technical communication skills with a proven track record in rapidly changing client environments, capable of bridging gaps between client, functional, and technical teams on projects.
  • Experience in the IT sector, particularly within the cyber security domain.
  • Proven success in a corporate customer-facing role.
  • Desirable qualifications include Prince2 or Agile project management certifications.
  • Experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar technical/customer-facing role managing large global enterprise projects.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Strategic and creative thinking with a proven ability to drive projects and processes.
  • Ability to prioritize across multiple concurrent projects and responsibilities.
