Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for families in need, providing guidance and support throughout the funeral planning process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound calls from families, providing empathetic and informative support.
  • Coordinate funeral logistics with our state-based service providers, ensuring seamless communication with families.
  • Contribute to the development of customer resources and content, empowering families to make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional customer experiences and continuous improvement.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
