Customer Experience Specialist

We're on a mission to revolutionize the construction industry by making it easier for teams to plan and communicate their work. Our platform provides a live, multiplayer planning experience that replaces the need for spreadsheets, whiteboards, and other outdated tools.
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in helping our customers get the most out of our platform. You'll work closely with our product team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that meet the needs of our users.
Key Responsibilities- Document feature requests and provide feedback to the product team
- Analyze session data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the UX team to guide product evolution
- Solve problems in live chat and provide support to customers
- Investigate and reproduce bugs to help improve the platform
- You're passionate about solving problems and helping people
