  • Lead workshops, reviews, and manage bid action plans to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of excellence by highlighting key strengths and challenging bid teams to deliver compelling proposals.
  • Cultivate winning work from opportunity inception through to post-submission activities.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within professional services, construction or property industries.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive, organized approach with a focus on delivering exceptional results, combined with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in Adobe Creative Suite also desirable.
