Requirements:

  • A minimum Diploma tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education or Bachelor Degree in Social Work, Allied Health, or other relevant professional field is required.

  • Understanding of the importance of delivering a tailored and personalised approach to children and their families in early childhood support is also crucial.

  • Good report writing and IT skills, including database management, are vital in this role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building effective relationships with families and other stakeholders.

  • Experience providing support to families using a family-focused and strengths-based approach is highly desirable.
