Expert IT Support Specialist

We seek a dedicated IT support professional to provide high-quality, user-focused services for Microsoft 365 user technologies and meeting room solutions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver advanced support across all user-facing IT services, including priority support, technical assistance, and AV/meeting room support.
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain devices, including desktops, laptops, mobile phones, authentication devices, and peripherals.
  • Support and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including collaboration tools, productivity apps, and data storage solutions.
  • Assist with asset lifecycle activities, such as provisioning, tagging, and decommissioning; contribute to IT governance and process improvement.
  • Mentor team members and help build capability through training, technical leadership, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience supporting enterprise desktop and mobile platforms, with strong hands-on skills in Windows and basic networking.
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 user services, including Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and SharePoint; experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms and AV technologies.
  • Knowledge of management products like Intune and Endpoint Configuration Manager; familiarity with scripting using PowerShell.
  • ITIL v4 Foundation certified, with proficiency in ITSM platforms and SLAs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience delivering training and supporting asset/configuration management activities.

This role requires the successful applicant to be an Australian citizen and hold or obtain an NV1 level security clearance.
