Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead project execution within a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional lifecycle and promotional communication programs.
  • Manage project timelines and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and lifecycle initiatives.
  • Offer expertise and support for enterprise marketing technology and data-driven practices.
  • Oversee the complete process of designing, implementing, and optimizing personalized multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at engaging customers and driving business results.
  • Develop and implement tailored multi-channel marketing strategies across diverse platforms to enhance customer experience, foster retention, and boost revenue through targeted communications.
  • Utilize a data-centric approach to analyze campaign performance metrics, assess effectiveness, and drive improvements in personalized communication strategies.
  • Cultivate relationships with marketing campaign leaders, creative teams, and CRM specialists to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing efforts.
  • Design and execute strategies that promote best-in-class marketing practices and contribute to overall business success.
  • Plan project roadmaps and design sprints to effectively manage and deliver marketing initiatives.

What You Will Bring:

  • A minimum of 5 years of strategic marketing technology and personalization experience, with a proven record of developing and enhancing multi-channel, personalized marketing programs that achieve business objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and refining personalized marketing programs within enterprise CRM systems.
  • Previous experience managing comprehensive promotional and lifecycle programs in enterprise CRM marketing systems, including developing channel capabilities and implementing email strategies.
  • Extensive experience in leveraging customer data to inform targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Proficiency in HTML for modifying existing templates and creating emails from the ground up.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions for ongoing improvement.
  • Creative and strategic thinking skills to develop innovative marketing solutions that resonate with our customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, ensuring collaboration and alignment.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Management, or related fields.
  • Experience in creating and executing mobile app notifications.
