Marketing Manager - Customer Engagement

At Kmart, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative marketing strategies. As a Marketing Manager - Customer Engagement, you'll play a key role in shaping our customer engagement initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to drive commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute omni-channel marketing strategies to enhance customer experience and drive customer retention.
  • Manage project delivery across a high-performing team, ensuring successful campaign and lifecycle program delivery.
  • Provide expertise and support for enterprise Martech and data enablement practices.
  • Own the end-to-end process of designing, implementing, and optimizing personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of strategic Martec and personalization expertise, with a track record of building and evolving omni-channel marketing programs.
  • Proven experience building and evolving 1:1 marketing programs to deliver commercial outcomes in enterprise CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative marketing solutions that resonate with customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
