Job Summary

A key opportunity has arisen for a skilled professional to take on the role of shared services coordinator.

The Role
  • Oversee the safe and efficient delivery of contractor services to the Murrin Murrin processing plant.
  • Conduct regular contractor performance reviews with contractor leadership to assess and enhance the contractor's performance.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting of contractor activities, performance metrics, and compliance paperwork.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the contractor leadership to enhance collaboration and mutual accountability.
  • Address operational and contractual challenges to maintain uninterrupted service delivery.
About You
  • You will have a bachelor's degree in operations management, engineering, or a related field.
  • A Certificate IV or Diploma in leadership or management would be advantageous.
  • You will have experience and relevant high-risk work licenses working with cranes, rigging, scaffolding, and rope access.
  • Proven experience in contractor management, coordination, or similar roles in a mining or refinery environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Western Australian workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations for the mining sector.
