Job Title: Operational Readiness Specialist

About this Role:

As an Operational Readiness Specialist, you will play a critical role in building asset hierarchies, conducting criticality assessments, reviewing engineering documentation, coordinating maintenance training, and developing onboarding materials. This position requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to work effectively across various teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate asset hierarchies for plant assets
  • Conduct criticality assessments to inform safe work procedures and plant area processing manuals
  • Review and update project engineering documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Coordinate maintenance training development and scheduling for new plant sites
  • Design and implement effective onboarding programs for new employees

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record in asset management, with a focus on optimization and efficiency
  • Strong working knowledge of asset management best practices and solutions-focused problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS software
  • Sound understanding of Mine Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations
