Lead Clinical Services Manager

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead our clinical services team. As the Lead Clinical Services Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapeutic outcomes and shaping service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical assessment and intervention skills, with experience in supervising or mentoring clinical staff. You will also possess excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities, as well as resilience, authenticity, and a commitment to evidence-based practice.

As a senior leader, you will oversee offence-specific and offence-related interventions, contribute to program development, and provide quality leadership and support to a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, social workers, and AOD Specialists.
