Lead Clinical Psychologist Opportunity
">We are seeking a highly experienced and forward-thinking Lead Clinical Psychologist to join our dynamic team at Fulham Correctional Centre.
">This is an exciting opportunity for a senior clinician to take on a leadership role, shaping the delivery of clinical services across the centre.
">As the Lead Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of clinical services, conducting assessments and providing intervention to a range of complex clients.
">You will also provide high-quality supervision to a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, social workers and AOD Specialists, oversee offence-specific and offence-related interventions, and contribute to program development that supports prisoner wellbeing and rehabilitation.
">The successful candidate will have registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA, experience supervising or mentoring clinical staff, strong clinical assessment and intervention skills, a collaborative approach, excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities, resilience, authenticity and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
">Additional points in your favour include experience in forensic, correctional or complex mental health settings.
