Electrical Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Superintendent to lead our construction workforce on multiple renewable energy projects. As an electrical leader, you will be responsible for providing hands-on supervision and guidance to field crews, ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead relevant work teams within the project scope and demonstrate appropriate workplace behaviors.
  • Ensure all personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers adopt exemplary safety practices and lead key risk management activities on assigned projects.
  • Guide and mentor the workforce on environmental impact and implement effective controls to mitigate risk.
  • Effectively manage subcontractor and supplier relationships on the project and demonstrate a strong relationship with clients and client teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead Supervisors to communicate effectively with the client and Engineers.
  • Read, interpret, and provide input into the construction program. Forecast and plan for expected resource requirements well in advance of required need to ensure program achievement.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have the following experience and skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent or similar role on large construction projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of leading and motivating teams and driving successful outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience in working to and meeting deadlines and project deliverables.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to liaise with key stakeholders.
  • High level attention to detail with strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritise, multitask and think on your feet.
