Electrical Construction Professional

A professional with extensive knowledge of construction procedures and safe work practices is required to join our team.
The ideal candidate will contribute to the overall planning, direction, organization, and execution of all construction or maintenance work, ensuring high quality levels within time constraints. Key responsibilities include:
- Contribute to the constructability process, development, and review of construction-related documentation;
- Provide technical support to other project functions as needed;
- Maintain a high level of service with client representatives;
- Develop construction requirements for pre-assembly and/or modularization;
- Develop site organization and staffing requirements and plant profiles, required to execute construction activities within project schedule and acceptable costs;
Requirements include a tertiary qualification in engineering or construction, 7+ years of construction management experience in heavy or industrial construction, and the ability to motivate and lead discipline-focused teams. Effective communication, report writing skills, planning, organizational, and oral skills are essential. Knowledge of the EPCM model of project delivery is highly desirable.
