Compliance Professional Opportunity

The role of Manager, Line 1 Compliance requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in regulatory frameworks and risk management.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing effective compliance controls, conducting control gap assessments, compliance monitoring, and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.

Additionally, the successful candidate will provide pragmatic compliance advice, collaborate across the three lines of defence, and contribute to governance and training initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a compliance leader to mentor junior professionals and drive best-practice compliance outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of APRA, ASIC, and other regulatory bodies
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing effective compliance controls
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field
  • Professional certifications such as AACI or ACI 10980NAT highly regarded
