Job Overview

This global financial services organisation is renowned for its diverse client base and unique product offerings.

This executive position will be responsible for challenging and reinventing the management of risk, compliance, and legal within the business.

You will have a team of 19 subject matter experts to lead and contribute to overall business success within an organisation committed to risk and compliance principles.

As a member of the executive committee, this is a genuine leadership opportunity to manage operational and credit risk, as well as compliance and regulatory matters. The role will report directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Risk, Compliance & Legal functions within financial services with sound experience.
  • Create and maintain a high-performing yet commercial compliance culture.
  • Develop forward-thinking 3-5 year risk & compliance strategies.
  • Effective communication and engagement with the Exec Team, regulators, and external providers.
  • Demonstrate an outstanding moral compass and customer-centric approach.
  • Juggle multiple conflicting priorities across BAU outcomes and large projects and initiatives.
