Front Office Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and polished professional to join our professional and guest-focused Front Office team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, assisting with arrival and departure coordination, and working closely with the porter team
  • Leading the Front Office Team in delivering exceptional customer service
  • Responding to guest requests, enquiries, and complaints
  • Mentoring, developing, and supporting the Front Office team

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A natural flair for service and excellent communication skills
  • Impeccable presentation and strong interpersonal skills at all times
  • Loves what they do and does it well
  • Understands the importance of teamwork and is willing to support colleagues whenever required

Requirements include:

  • Previous experience in supervising or managing a team within a luxury hotel environment
  • A Qld open/unrestricted driver's licence
  • Eligibility to obtain a Restricted Driver Authority (must have held a driver's licence for at least 3 years continuously)
  • A diploma or advanced diploma in Hospitality Management, or equivalent (desirable)
