A very rare opportunity for a Delicatessen Manager to live, work and play on beautiful Hamilton Island is now available.

Your benefits:

Your challenge, should you choose to accept it, is to:

• Train and lead your team in providing exemplary service to our guests
• Ensure all items are presented to their most delicious advantage
• Make sure all food is stored at the correct temperatures and food safety standards
• Serve our customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Clean, clean, clean
• Assist the Supermarket manager where required
• Maintain stocks levels, stock rotation and ordering
• Have fun

About you: You are a positive, friendly team player. You work hard and take pride in your personal presentation and the quality of your work. You enjoy sharing your knowledge and experience with your team and love to see them succeed.

Only those with the following skills and experience may apply for this unique role:

• Delicatessen Experience
• Retail food experience
• Food safety Supervisor certificate
• A can do, friendly and happy attitude
• Current driver's license
