Lead Front Office Manager

Maintaining exceptional presentation standards across all touchpoints – people, processes, and spaces – is crucial to our success. You will lead a dynamic team with a focus on staff development and long-term retention, coaching team leaders and team members with strong, supportive communication and clear delegation. Regular one-on-ones, service observations, and team briefings will drive performance while collaboration with other departments will ensure coordinated luxury guest journeys.

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will also handle VIP arrivals, service recovery, and complex requests with poise and discretion. Monitoring occupancy and maximizing revenue through strategic room allocations is essential to driving business results. Ensuring systems accuracy, financial compliance, and operational efficiency are top priorities. Safety and standards will be championed in line with the Hospitality Award and policy.
