About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Technical Operations Lead - Digital Solutions. This is a key position that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, with experience in managing complex technical systems and leading cross-functional teams. They will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our digital services, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to optimize performance and efficiency.

This role requires a deep understanding of technical systems, including cloud-based platforms, database management, and cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

In addition to their technical expertise, the successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of technical professionals. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively across functional teams.

We offer a competitive salary package, with an estimated annual salary of AU$120,000 - AU$150,000, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of technical systems and infrastructure
  • Manage and develop a team of technical professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, with minimal supervision
  • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and other technical professionals

Requirements:

  • Strong background in IT operations, with experience in managing complex technical systems
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of technical professionals
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively
  • A deep understanding of technical systems, including cloud-based platforms, database management, and cybersecurity

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent certification
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in IT operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
