The Role & The Team

As a Senior Technical Project Lead, you will report to the Infrastructure Engineering Manager and lead the delivery of technical components in projects designing and constructing facilities within the OneSKY Program.

You will support project managers to deliver against scope, time, cost, quality, and people objectives. Your technical expertise is critical to architectural and engineering design, construction, commissioning, and implementation of high-reliability buildings, plant, and equipment required for OneSKY Implementation.

You will be accountable for all technical aspects of assigned infrastructure projects and coordinate technical documentation. This position plays a significant role in decision-making and participates in general project management and governance processes.

Key Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent from an Australian tertiary institution.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to present complex solutions to multiple stakeholders.
  • Extensive construction experience, particularly with high-reliability electrical and mechanical services.
  • Experience in systems engineering in a project environment.
  • Ability to manage scope, timelines, people, and expectations within a project environment.
  • Teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to successfully implement new systems in a complex environment.
  • Risk management understanding.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of AUD 120,000 - 180,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. This package also includes additional benefits such as professional development opportunities and a comprehensive remuneration package.
