Job Title: Technical and Claims Advocate

At Aon, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical and Claims Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Services Group, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client and insurance claims, ensuring they are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of client and insurance claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Provide expert advice on complex Financial Lines and Transaction Liability Insurance matters.
  • Monitor and review regulatory and case law developments, producing client advisory white papers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers, ensuring excellent communication and service.
  • Participate in business development opportunities, including policy wording health-checks and new business presentations.
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills.
  • Commercial claims experience, with a strong working knowledge of Financial Lines.
  • Ability to work and positively contribute as a member of the team.
  • Strong prioritisation and time management skills, with a focus on delivering designated outcomes.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
