Job Title: Technical and Claims Advocate

At Aon, we are seeking a skilled Technical and Claims Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Services Group, you will play a critical role in managing client and insurance claims, providing expert advice, and driving positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of client and insurance claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Provide expert advice on complex Financial Lines and Transaction Liability Insurance matters, including strategy and front-end advice on coverage and liability issues.
  • Monitor and review regulatory and case law developments, producing client advisory white papers and policy advice.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality services and drive business growth.
  • Participate in business development opportunities, including policy wording health-checks and technical and claims commentary in tenders.
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service focus and commercial claims experience.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to apply a fit-for-purpose project management approach and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a strong focus on delivering designated outcomes.
