Job Description:
We are seeking experienced customer service professionals to join our award-winning contact centre team. The successful candidates will provide exceptional customer service support to our Federal Government client, working from home and office environments.

As a Customer Contact Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex matters to the appropriate teams. You will work collaboratively with a supportive team of Customer Contact Officers, Team Leaders, and management to ensure excellent service delivery and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service support via phone, email, or other communication channels

  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve business objectives and improve service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to company policies and procedures
