About the RoleInclusive Employment Australia supports individuals with disability, injury, or health condition in preparing for, finding, and maintaining employment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver services to support individuals with disability, injury, or health condition in preparing for, finding, and maintaining employment
- Provide tailored support and assistance to customers to help them find the right employment that suits their skills and abilities
- Work with employers to provide ongoing support and assistance to customers in employment
- A high level of interpersonal and organisational skills
- Strong customer service experience
- Confidence to talk to local employers and businesses
- Goal focused
- Able to obtain a current Working with Children Check & Police Check
- Gender neutral paid parental leave of 12 weeks
- Superannuation contributions paid for women during the first 12 weeks of any unpaid parental leave
- 5 weeks annual leave after 3 years service
- Access to long service leave after 5 years service
