As an Employment Consultant, your role will be to provide comprehensive support services to individuals with disabilities, injuries or illnesses. This involves working closely with participants to identify their career goals and developing personalized employment strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Case management: Providing ongoing support and guidance to participants throughout the employment process.
- Employer engagement: Building relationships with employers to secure job placements and provide on-the-job training.
- Administrative tasks: Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
Successful candidates will possess relevant qualifications in employment services or community work, as well as prior experience in employment services. They should also have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
