A day in the life of an Employment Services professional may involve:

  • Encouraging clients to find employment through tailored activities;
  • Establishing relationships with local employers to source job opportunities;
  • Placing clients in sustainable employment, leading to positive outcomes;
  • Maintaining accurate records and adhering to compliance and contractual requirements; and
  • Providing exceptional service to clients, employers, and stakeholders throughout the process.

No prior experience in employment services is necessary, but we do require a current driver's license and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
