Senior Payroll Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering successful payroll implementations and providing expert guidance to consultants.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of Dayforce HCM and excellent communication skills. You will also possess a proactive and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to mentor junior staff members and collaborate closely with project managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver successful payroll implementations, configuring solutions and leading testing processes.
  • Mentor junior staff members in payroll implementation best practices.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise workflows and enhance efficiency through business process mapping and modelling.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Dayforce implementation, with a strong technical understanding of the system.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality solutions and exceptional client experiences.
  • Commitment to best practices and regulatory compliance, ensuring all implementations meet industry standards.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess customer requirements and identify pain points.
