Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in the industry
  • High attention to detail and mastery of visual & interaction design
  • Demonstrated ability to clearly articulate the why, process, and impact of your work

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Facilitation skills to lead workshops with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to conduct user research sessions and validate your work
  • Opinionated about design operations and efficiency
  • Proactive in helping shape team culture and mentorship participation
