The Role

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be part of a team delivering exceptional service to corporate and private clients. You'll coordinate domestic removals, manage ancillary services, and nurture relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate removal assignments and related services
  • Manage client accounts, proposals, storage, and invoicing
  • Maintain accurate databases and administrative records
  • Respond to client enquiries via phone and email efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide solutions and enhance customer experience
