The RoleAs a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be part of a team delivering exceptional service to corporate and private clients. You'll coordinate domestic removals, manage ancillary services, and nurture relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate removal assignments and related services
- Manage client accounts, proposals, storage, and invoicing
- Maintain accurate databases and administrative records
- Respond to client enquiries via phone and email efficiently
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide solutions and enhance customer experience
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in building and maintaining client relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset with strong organisational and administrative skills
- Competency in Word, Excel, and general computer systems
